2. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to generate, facilitate, or distribute content that:
- is illegal under applicable law, including content involving the sexual exploitation of minors;
- promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or the harm of others;
- constitutes harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse;
- facilitates fraud, phishing, or the distribution of malware;
- infringes the intellectual property or publicity rights of others.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Bypassing rate limits, authentication, or safety controls.
- Reselling or exposing API access in a way that facilitates AUP violations.
- Automated scraping or credential stuffing of the platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or degrade the Service.
4. Content Moderation
We may employ automated and manual moderation to detect violations of this policy. Model output may be subject to the safety policies of the underlying provider. Decisions about whether content violates this policy are made in a manner consistent with the underlying provider's terms where applicable.
5. Abuse Handling and Enforcement
Violations are handled through escalating measures, which may include any or all of the following:
- a warning and request to remediate;
- temporary throttling or suspension of API access;
- permanent termination of the account;
- reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required by law.
We aim to provide a reasoned explanation where permitted, and to investigate appeals in good faith.
