1. Usage-Based Service

ZenInfer is a usage-based service. Fees correspond to model usage you have already consumed. Because model inference costs are incurred at the time of use, consumed usage is generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

a billing error or duplicate charge;
a service outage attributable to ZenInfer that prevented use of prepaid balance;
a charge that was not authorized by you; or
as otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@zeninfer.com within 30 days of the charge with your account details and the reason for the request. We review requests case by case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly. Falsified or abusive chargeback claims may result in account termination.
