ZenInfer provides a unified API routing and management layer for large language model ("LLM") providers. ZenInfer is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any underlying model provider. Availability of a given model depends on the providers connected to your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share, resell, or expose API keys to unauthorized parties in a manner that facilitates abuse.
Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or violates the terms of an underlying model provider.
Fees are usage-based and are calculated from actual consumption at the rates shown to you at the time of use. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Billing details are presented transparently prior to purchase.
ZenInfer and its branding are the property of ZenInfer. Output generated by third-party models is governed by the terms of the applicable model provider and our Acceptable Use Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ZenInfer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that model output will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for your use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenInfer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
